The material used is DCF Hybrid, composed of 50d polyester + Dyneema + polyester film. It is a lightweight and highly waterproof material. The zipper for the opening is a YKK water-resistant zipper. Loop tabs are attached to the top, bottom, left, and right sides, allowing you to attach it to various locations with a carabiner or other fasteners. It has internal pockets for organization.
