Striking pair of approximately 12 traditional Chinese-style cultural/folk dolls, each wearing elaborate satin and textile costumes with hand-painted facial features, long black yarn hair and ornate floral headdresses. The first doll wears a rich purple/magenta costume with embroidered and woven details, fringe and decorative trim. She carries a wonderful folding paper lantern with tassel and is displayed on a black stand.
