Beautiful vintage sterling silver sweater guard featuring two detailed filigree butterflies connected by a double chain. Each butterfly has an older open C-clasp with a long pin stem, helping date the piece to approximately the 1930s–1940s. Unmarked but tested as sterling silver. The darkened finish is natural silver patina and has been left unpolished. Both pin mechanisms work properly. Measures approximately 4¼ inches from end to end.
