The waist has elastic and the entire pants have a lot of stretch, so I think someone who wears a size M could definitely wear them. The hem is long.
For someone around 160cm, the hem should be just about grazing the floor.
The flared hem has beautiful sparkles.
The fringe at the waist sways with every move, which is lovely.
