These are Levi's 517 denim pants with a flare silhouette.
This is a rare USA-made pair from the Valencia factory (top button back stamp 555).

The 517 model has a flare silhouette close to bootcut and is a model whose popularity has been rapidly increasing in recent years.
Aside from damage to the hem, the color is a deep indigo, almost rigid, and the fabric is firm.
The length is still quite long, so if the hem is a concern, you can shorten it and start wearing them as if they were new.
