Rare 1960s-70s Vintage Desk Chair by InterRoyal Corp. (USA)

This is a vintage office chair from the long-established American furniture manufacturer InterRoyal. Believed to be from the 1960s-70s, it embodies the robust and functional industrial design of that era.

■ Features
? Design: The contrast between the mustard-colored vinyl leather, characteristic of the Mid-Century period, and the inorganic steel frame is superb.

? Durability: Features a thick steel construction and a sturdy leg base, offering an overwhelming sense of solidity and stability not found in inexpensive modern chairs.
The seating comfort is quite good.

■ Condition
As this is a vintage item, there are some signs of age such as dullness and minor scratches on the metal parts, and scuffs on the vinyl leather. However, these contribute to a pleasing patina. There is no structural wobble, the casters move smoothly, and it is ready for immediate use as a functional item.
There is one tear in the fabric. Please check the photos.
