It features a design symbolizing European integration and identity, with a circle of 12 golden stars (a motif from the European flag) depicted in the center. Surrounding this is a ribbon inscribed with a quote meaning, May harmony and love be in spirits and hearts...

The scarf utilizes jacquard weaving, where the star pattern is woven directly into the silk fabric, creating a three-dimensional effect that appears as the light hits it.
