Care bath chair - Blue - Arlon Kasei - With armrests [Mawarukun] - Near unused

Blue elderly care swivel chair - a convenient rotating chair! (^-^)
Features a backrest and non-slip legs for safety. The armrests can be flipped up.
I purchased this as an unused item on Mercari and used it for a few months in front of the washbasin, but I'm selling it because it's too narrow and I'm switching to another chair.
??It was not used in the bathroom and I sat on it with a cushion, so it is in beautiful condition??
It cannot be folded.
