This product is an unused item of the product shown in the images, but due to minor dents, scratches, and dirt on the frame and panels during transportation, it is being sold at a discounted price as a reason for discount item. We kindly ask for your understanding. In reality, these imperfections do not affect its usability.

Our product has a higher load-bearing capacity and durability because it has 5 roof frames (normally 3), which is two more than general competitors. (Shown in the latter half of the images)
The convex shape allows water to flow to the sides.

- Features insulation with rock wool boards, making it fire-resistant and possessing inherent fire resistance (heat resistance) of the base material.
- This is an assembly-type prefabricated house, approximately 3m wide x 6m long x 2.8m high.
Assembly instructions, assembly videos, and drawings are available. (Will be sent after purchase)
- Color: White type is standard, but we also have one black unit available. (May be out of stock depending on timing, so please contact us first if you wish to purchase the black one.)
- Each house comes with 1 lockable door and 2 windows.
- Doors and windows can be installed in your preferred locations. Please assemble to complete the unit. Some panel cutting may be required depending on the installation location.
- After assembly is complete, be sure to apply waterproof caulking. (Thoroughly apply to gaps between the steel frame and panels, and around doors and windows.)
- Wall panels are made with 50mm thick rock wool insulation. Ceiling insulation is made of glass wool.
- Direct pick-up by truck is possible. (Please use a truck that can carry the longest component, approximately 6m.)
- We can assist with loading using a lift, so pick-up by one person is possible.
- Generally, we request no claims and no returns.

- Shipping costs for up to 2 units via a 4-ton charter truck remain the same. (We will arrange the vehicle.)

Assembly services are not provided.
