[Pre-baking Steps]
Wash thoroughly with water before use.
Pre-bake the pan without any coating at 170°C for 30 minutes. Wipe off surface dirt.
Once it has cooled slightly, while still warm, apply a thin layer of shortening or spray oil and bake at 220°C for 20 minutes.
Repeat this process twice. The pan will discolor during pre-baking, but this is normal.
