[Solve cabbage and fruit peeling with just one tool!] Simply pull the blade as if stroking without applying force, and cabbage will be thinly sliced into fluffy shreds. It smoothly peels soft kiwis and hard pumpkin skins. This is a versatile peeler that allows you to comfortably prepare a wide range of ingredients with just one tool, both at home and in professional settings.
[Replaceable blade system for excellent sharpness ◎ Ultra-hard stainless steel] The blade, which determines sharpness, is made of ultra-hard stainless steel for craftsmen. Its excellent wear resistance ensures that its sharp cutting edge lasts a long time. Furthermore, since it is a replaceable blade system where only the blade can be replaced when its sharpness dulls, you can always restore the feel of a new product and use it for a long time.
[Featured on TV and in the magazine LDK] The Ever Peeler, a peeler boasting exceptional sharpness, was developed by Iida-ya in Asakusa Kappabashi after comparing over 200 types of peelers from around the world. It allows for smooth peeling of vegetables and fruits, minimizing food waste. Its ease of use was recognized, and it was selected as an LDK Best Buy.
[Made in Japan for long-lasting use] All processes, from mold manufacturing to blade sharpening and assembly, down to the very screws, are carried out in Japan, making it a completely Japanese-made product. The blade sharpening, which is the most crucial part of a peeler, is done in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, the city of Japanese swords.
[Make everyday peeling tasks more comfortable] It peels so thinly that you can see through the skin, preventing waste of vegetables. It also allows you to peel finely and around curves without applying force, reducing strain on your wrists. [Note] Cannot be used in a dishwasher.
