[Common Information for All Products]

- Shipping typically takes 4-7 days.

- We will measure the size after packing and ship via the cheapest available method.

- If you comment before purchasing, we can accommodate requests for faster shipping, anonymous shipping, or date specification, but if this increases the shipping cost, the additional amount will be added.

- If shipping via regular mail or mini-letter, delivery is dependent on the post office, so we cannot predict or guarantee delivery dates.
Delivery may take more than 8 days due to shipping conditions beyond our control, such as weekends, holidays, or severe weather.
We always adhere to the shipping deadline, so please refrain from inquiries about the delivery date after shipping.

- Recently, due to the rapid prompts for reviews from Mercari's administration after shipping, there are many cases where automatic notifications for reviews are sent even if the item has not arrived.
As it has become difficult for sellers to stop automatic transaction completion, if the item does not arrive for a long time, please press the button that appears at the top of the transaction page, such as Do not automatically complete transaction.

- In cases of prolonged non-delivery, even considering holidays and severe weather, we will submit a postal accident investigation.

- Other issues will be handled in accordance with Mercari's official rules.

- We take great care in listing, packing, and shipping, but please note that measurements are taken by an amateur, packaging may be recycled, and wrapping is simple. There may also be oversights.
While we will do our best to be careful, if you are looking for shop-like service, expect perfection, are concerned about minor details, have strong preferences, or have many personal rules, please reconsider purchasing from us.

- We have pets (cats), but the room where Mercari items are stored is separate from the cats' living space.

- Refunds after transaction completion are difficult due to the system, and will not be accepted under any circumstances.
