【Good Roots】Kajinoki Tree Sapling, Divided Plant, Expected Male Tree, Approx. 60cm, Sacred Tree, Symbol Tree

A healthy sapling of the Kaji tree (Broussonetia papyrifera), divided from a magnificent parent tree in the garden last autumn. New shoots are growing vigorously. All photos show the actual sapling you will receive.
[Product Description]
This is an auspicious Kaji tree, loved in Japan as a sacred tree since ancient times. This is likely a male tree, known for its rapid growth and suitability as a garden symbol tree (sex cannot be guaranteed but is inferred from the parent tree's characteristics). The tips of the branches have been trimmed for easier shipping. New shoots are continuously emerging, so we hope you will enjoy nurturing its future growth. Please note that as it is a deciduous tree, it is natural for it to have no leaves during its winter dormancy. A major charm of the Kaji tree is the variation in leaf shape and pattern among individual saplings, offering the joy of watching unique leaves develop. It is a relatively hardy and easy-to-grow variety, making it recommended for beginners.
[Product Condition]
This is a rooted plant with a well-developed root system (the pot is distorted due to the roots within the soil). The above-ground portion has been pruned, and the height is approximately 60 cm from the base (refer to the measuring tape in the photo). As this is a living plant, please understand that its condition may change slightly by the time it is delivered.
[Care Advice]
It can be managed in a pot, but planting it in the ground is recommended due to its potential for large growth. The ideal time for transplanting is autumn (during the dormant season). Until then, please keep it in this pot, paying attention to watering, and transplant it to your preferred location once the weather cools in autumn. This will cause the least stress to the tree. Alternatively, transplanting it now during its growing season is also an option.
[Shipping and Packaging]
We plan to ship via YuYu Mercari Mail (Yu-Pack service). To prevent drying during transit, the root ball will be kept moist, and the item will be carefully packaged with thorough waterproofing.
*To minimize stress on the plant, please unpack and water it promptly upon arrival.
[Storage Environment and Precautions]
The plant is carefully managed outdoors. We do not own pets, and there are no smokers in our household. Due to the nature of this product as a living organism, we request no claims and no returns.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

We hope for a wonderful connection.
