While I personally don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, please understand that this is a used item with signs of wear.

I purchased it on Mercari and wore it for my wedding, and it worked without any issues.

Naturally, new items have better fabric stiffness, but I personally feel that since the dress itself usually has stiffness, the innerwear doesn't necessarily need to be new.
