Kagoshima Prefecture Grown, Soil-Attached Shallots, 5kg Box Included

Kagoshima Prefecture Grown, Soil-On Shallots, 5kg Box Included

Shipped at room temperature in an 80-size box.

While regular shallots are harvested in early summer, in Kagoshima Prefecture, those harvested in early spring enter the market.

Shallots contain allyl sulfide (allicin), which gives them their characteristic aroma. This allyl sulfide has the effect of preventing blood clots and promoting smooth blood flow.

We inspect and pack the shallots into boxes before shipping, but as they are fresh produce, there is always a possibility of damage due to temperature and humidity during transport. Please understand that the shallots may sprout by the time they arrive.

★Photos are for illustrative purposes only.

Please understand that the color and shape of the product may vary slightly.
- As they are weighed, the size will not be uniform, and the shapes will be irregular.

*Please note that response times may be slightly delayed if your order falls on a weekend or holiday.
*All measurements are taken by an amateur, so please purchase with understanding.
*Cancellations will not be accepted after shipping.

Thank you for your understanding. <(_ _)>
