Vegetable Seeds [Red Scallions] Benizome Negi

Thank you for viewing.

Product Name: Scallion - Beni-zome Scallion Seeds
Contents: 100 seeds

[Features]
These are autumn/winter scallions suitable for harvesting from November to March, with the outer sheath of the leaf base turning a beautiful deep red.
They have a tillering habit, and the leaves are thin like bunching onions, but they grow with hilling, and the red-colored leaf base is utilized.
The color of the leaf base fades when cooked, so for best color, raw consumption such as for garnish is recommended.
However, even when cooked, they have a unique sweetness and are very delicious.
