This is a Post Scale from Yamasa Tokei Keiki.
It was found during a clean-out.
It is unused, but the paint on the weight part has peeled due to long-term storage. The box also has scuffs and discoloration.
Would be great for someone who doesn't mind these imperfections.
*The postage rate table on the back of the box is dated 1996.
