This is a Bianchi clutch bag.
Originally, it was designed as a 2-way bag with a shoulder strap, but due to damage to the clasp, it can no longer be used as a shoulder bag.
It can be used without issue as a clutch bag, but for the reasons mentioned above, it is being offered at a lower price.
