Doesn’t have original tags but does have a consignment tag attached. Not sure if this was preloved, but it is in good condition with some minor callouts. It has a couple small stains that should be able to be removed with wash/dryclean. There are also some small runs in multiple areas on the skirt. i tried to photograph as many as I could.
