Description
This is a very unusual handmade souvenir basket from Tijuana Mexico. The basket is made from shells and wire with a hand painted beach picture on metal. Hand painted scene has palm trees and sailboats on metal base. Painting is chippy and scratched and the bottom is bent. It's very old and has some broken, bent, or missing wires and shells. I am including 2 that I have. It is 8 diameter with about 3 high. It's a very unusual and unique shell collectible. Probably from the 1940's. Please see pictures!
