Red Japanese Umbrella Cherry Blossom Petal Pattern 80cm
This Japanese umbrella was purchased in Kyoto about 30 years ago. It was primarily used for interior decoration and display, and was only used twice as a prop in theatrical performances. It has been stored in a closet for over 20 years.
There are no tears in the Japanese paper of the umbrella, but there are minor scratches, scuffs, slight peeling, paint peeling on the bamboo core of the umbrella, fiber cracking in the bamboo ribs, and areas where the white vinyl cord on the handle has come off. Please check the images.
There were no problems with opening and closing the umbrella. Although not practical for use, the contrast of black, red, and white is very beautiful.
