Handmade Peacock Costume Tulle Tutu Skirt and Fascinator – Girls Size 7 Dress-Up

Yes, these photos are of the actual item. No, they aren’t stock photos. Just a graphic designer who likes to make her closet pretty. 💁🏻‍♀️ Vibrant and whimsical girls’ peacock tutu skirt, handmade by Etsy creator DellaCartaDecor. New fascinator I made, never worn. It can be styled and arranged in different ways to your liking! Size 7 (although the flexible waistband can accommodate several sizes, in my opinion). This stunning piece features layers of ombré tulle in teal, blue, and green, with a luxe peacock-print bow and attached accent feathers. Perfect for imaginative play, photo shoots, or as the centerpiece of a Halloween costume. We styled it as a full peacock costume (see pics!), but this listing is for the tutu skirt and a fascinator only – leotard, mask, and feather fan not included. 🦚 Tutu Alone Originally $45 on Etsy 🪶 In EUC – worn once 🎭 Elastic waistband for flexible sizing Add some flair to your dress-up bin or have a fabulous, unique Halloween Costume!
