PIX-MPTV/P2W HMVC6100HI? Video capture card, sold as is (junk)

Thank you for looking.
This is another installment in my series of forced-in parts listings.
(When did this become a series, lol)
This time, it's a small festival of cards other than suspicious-looking graphics cards!
Of course, they are being sold as junk. lol

The exact manufacturer of this item is unknown, but from what I've researched, it appears to be a tuner-equipped, high-quality AV capture card. I'm not sure which model number is correct, but it could be PIX-MPTV/P2W, HMVC6100HI, or SX77...?
The cover has HITACHI written on it, though. lol
Honestly, this is another very niche card that I don't understand very well. lol
(I only know what's written on the main unit.) lol

The photos show everything that is included. If it's not in the photos, it's not included.
Apparently, it was removed from a PC that was working before.
I did discard any cards/boards that were obviously dead beforehand, but... how much can I trust that?

I have not performed any specific operational checks.
As these are sold as junk, and compatibility can be an issue, I cannot offer any guarantees.

Due to the large number of items, I apologize for the listing being potentially inconsistent with previously listed items.
As I always say, I am not a business, so please do not return items. lol

Regarding packaging, I will primarily use recycled materials and ship in the most compact way possible.
Some people may feel uneasy about compact packaging depending on the item.
If you have any concerns, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

Addendum:
Naturally, I will not conduct transactions at a loss unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Seller pays shipping does not mean shipping is free.
Shipping costs will be incurred, but the seller will simply pay them.
For full-size graphics cards, even with discounts, shipping costs at least 750 yen.
I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration.
