Purchased about 2 years ago.
Genuine Japanese product.
Reset to factory default settings.
Used about 15 times in the mountains.
The main unit is generally clean as it was used with a protective film and cover, but there are scuffs on the tip of the antenna.
Everything shown in the photos is included. No accessories such as the box are included.

The biggest and strongest feature is the ability to exchange messages and send SOS signals in areas with no cell service.
*A separate communication contract with Garmin is required to use the communication function.

Honestly, for regular mountain climbing, it might be a bit bulky and not necessary. I think it's ideal for those who do strenuous climbing, hunting, etc.
