This item has been used considerably. As a result, there are areas inside the case that are stained black with grease. The bag itself emits a strong leather scent. Please only consider purchasing if you are understanding of these conditions.

Two pouches are included. These are also made of leather. One pouch is unused, while the other has been used about as much as the clarinet case. The unused pouch still contains the original sponge from when it was purchased. The pouches and strap will be placed in the frontmost pocket.
Shipping will be in a paper bag, not a cardboard box.
