Description

◆Dokken

An American hard rock/heavy metal band formed in 1979 around Don Dokken. The initial lineup consisted of Don Dokken (vocals), George Lynch (guitar), Jeff Pilson (bass), and Mick Brown (drums). With Don Dokken's high-pitched vocals and George Lynch's flashy guitar playing, they became a representative band of the LA metal scene in the 1980s, known for their catchy melodies and technical performances.
They released their debut album in 1981 and broke through with Tooth and Nail in 1984.
After disbanding in the late 1980s and splitting into three bands (Don Dokken, War & Peace, and Lynch Mob), they reunited in 1993 and have continued to be active ever since.
