Both are size M. Used for approximately 4 months. They should be ready for immediate use. (The chest pad has some scuff marks on the shoulder area from washing, as shown in the photo, so please consider it a bonus. It should still be perfectly usable for practice.) Also, while they have been washed and deodorized, they have been used for 4 months, so there may be a slight residual odor. Please consider purchasing if you are comfortable with this.
