Erhu Bridge - Hollow Blackwood Bridge (Lotus Flower Shape)
10.00 $
Description
This ebony hollowed (lotus-shaped) erhu bridge features a clear and focused tone thanks to the hardness and density unique to ebony. The hollowed-out structure further enhances the lightness of its sound production.
The high notes are clear and resonant with a sharp, clean timbre. The mid-range is tight and well-defined, allowing for responsive playing of delicate expressions and fast passages.
However, the reduced mass from the hollowed design means the bass notes are slightly less full, and the overall sound tends to be a bit brighter. In summary, this bridge combines the robustness of ebony with the lightness of its hollowed construction, making it ideal for players seeking a transparent and crisp sound.
