This is a premium violin bow crafted by an artisan from Brazil, known as a major producer of Pernambuco wood.
It is a superb item from a region with many craftsmen, including workshops like Arcos Brasil. A. Lima is one of the artisan brands belonging to this tradition. It is known to be exported to North America and Europe, and this is likely a high-end model that was exported to established string instrument shops in Pennsylvania, USA.
The decoration is beautiful, and this model features silver for the wrapping.
