This is a standard-sized cello made in China that has been modified to be an acoustic bass.

The cello itself is a budget model, but there are no issues with playing, and there are no major scratches except on the back.

The original wooden pegs were difficult to tune, so cello-specific machine pegs have been installed. These are rare and hard to find, but they allow for easy and stable tuning comparable to a regular bass guitar.

Flatwound strings for electric bass are used, and the tuning is set to EADG for the four open strings with a low string height, making it easy to play.

It is clearly different from guitar-type acoustic basses, and while not quite a double bass, it has a deep, dark sound that is closer to a string instrument.
The overall length is similar to an electric bass, so you can enjoy the atmosphere of a double bass in your room.
Wooden pegs and a dedicated soft case are included.

Please understand that due to its fragile structure, shipping may involve filling a cardboard box with bubble wrap and removing the bridge and tailpiece for packing.

In this case, we will refund the shipping cost equivalent (8,000 yen) in cash at the time of pickup.
The preferred location is Chuo-Rinkan Station on the Odakyu Enoshima Line or Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line.
